Announcement of submission decisions.
Early registration closes. One author per accepted abstract must be registered by this date.

What it costs
All fees are charged in Thai baht (THB). US dollar figures are approximate and depend on the exchange rate on the day. Early-bird rates apply to payments made on or before 19 December 2026.

Complete the registration form once your transfer has gone through. It asks for your details, the amount and date of the transfer, and a photo or PDF of your slip. We reply with confirmation and an official Kasetsart University receipt.
